    Service Commitments
    We, Sichuan Autonola Medical Instrument Co.,Ltd, provide you with 18 months free repair guarantee for main unit, 12 months free repair guarantee for probes .
    Autonola is Responsible for Life-time Repair.

    Warranty Obligation
    Autonola’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replace any main units or parts free from all defects or deficiency in design, material, workmanship.
    Free maintenance is limited to replace parts free charge within warranty time.
    The warranty period of replace parts under warranty lasts only to the warranty period of original main unit.
    Within the warranty time, Autonola will be responsible to ship the spare parts to repair the damaged parts for free , the shipping cost will be paid by us.
    Out of the warranty, we just ask for factory cost of spare parts, and you will pay for the shipping cost.

    Warranty Exemptions
    This warranty shall not extend to :
    Malfunction or damage caused by improper use or man-made failure
    Malfunction or damage caused by unstable or out-of-range power input
    Malfunction or damage caused by force majeure such as fire and earthquake
    Malfunction or damage caused by improper operation or repair by unqualified or unauthorized service people
    Malfunction or damage caused by use of parts or accessories not approved by Autonola.
    Others not caused by instrument or part itself.

    Return Policy
    The following procedures should be carried our:
    Please contact Autonola if you want to return the spare parts or machine.
    Please offer the purchase date and machine number to Autonola for reference.
    All the returned documents will be discussed with Autonola firstly before shipment.
    Any spare parts or main unit needs to be returned to Autonola , the charge policy is as follows:
    Within warranty (non-manufacturing reason excluded): Autonola is responsible for the freight & insurance charges from Autonola to customer. The customer is responsible for freight & insurance charges when the spare part is shipped to Autonola for service.

    Note: Autonola will ship the spare parts to customer as soon as possible to solve it .
    Out of warranty : The customer is responsible for all the freight & insurance charge for returned spare part.
